September Birthday's

Dakota's party was Sunday. These are the shoes he wanted for back to school but they didn't have his size. He was excited to get them for his birthday!!
Kelsie's 13th B-Day party was tonight. Another teenager in the family :) :) :)

INSPIRATION AND THANKFULNESS

Saturday night Tim and I went to eat @ Wasabi's with all the preachers from church and their wives. It is a tradition they started 3 years ago when Tim first accepted the Pastor position.

We are so blessed with such a wonderful church family!!

It was such a blessing to be with all of them. It's even more of a blessing to see the growth in their ministries. These fine folks are what inspired me to do the "FIREPROOF" Movie Tickets Give-A-Way. In honor of my wonderful husband and the other God-fearing men you see here.

Family trip to the "ICE" show in Nashville. Their theme is "How the Grinch stole Christmas" It is an AWESOME place. Everything is carved out of ice and it's freezing!! LITERALLY! Hence the PARKAS :)) We had so much fun on the slides!!

Momma and Uncle Randy (OUR TV STAR) We met him at Cracker Barrel before we left Nashville and had breakfast with him. The kids loved looking at the horse trailer.

Me, Momma and Melissa on Siesta Key Beach in Florida. We had a great time visiting with Robin and Nelsie. Momma was so glad to see this beach and to tell her co-workers she went there!!

I love this picture of Tim. We were at the Fall bonfire/hayride for the church. The preachers were having a contest and Tim was laughing so hard at them. I LOVE TO HEAR HIM LAUGH :))

This night was emotional for me. Thanks to Aunt Susan for making sure traditions are passed down :) To think of my Mimi and her pumpkin pies. Just the love that went into each one she made knowing how much we loved them. My love for her and the love that she had for me is a feeling I will forever carry in my heart!!
OH THESE GIRLS!! I still am in awe of them sometimes. They are so smart and loving! How they can look just alike, but yet be so different. Only God can do that. I am so thankful for the blessing of being their Kuckie!!

We talked to each other the next day and we both almost called into work because we were so sore!!

OK, Brent and Jeremy thought they could throw Melissa off pretty easy. Whether they admit this or not, it took them about 30minutes to finally throw her off!! Meg can back us up on this. She can tube and they couldn't believe it :))
Brent gettin strapped in. He's really good on the kneeboard. He can turn around backwards and I was impressed. Never mind that I didn't get up on the board all day :(( Meg did though, her 1st time trying :))

YEAH, Jacob looks happy here, but this was before he tried to wakeboard about 50times. Jeremy and Brent kept making him try and he would hit the water with his fists, he was so frustrated. They laughed so hard! They didn't let him see them though!! Come to find out they were using the wrong rope

Jacob's 1st set of wheels. This was a Wed. night and of course he had basketball practice. My Daddy picked him up from practice and waited until we got home from church to come over. We had his truck in the garage and Tim started backing it out! Daddy was excited that he got to be a part in the surprise!
Landon's 5th Grade Graduation Day!! He received a Math and P.E. Award.

SEA WORLD!!!

Landon literally sprinted to the SHAMU SHOW!! He wanted to go to Sea World on July 4. OK, I know they're spoiled, but what can I say....
This is one place I think we would like to visit every year! Momma and Diane had a great time too.

UPDATE......

NO PICS JUST AN UPDATE!!!

Jacob was selected as Most Athletic, Best Dressed and Most Handsome in the Senior Superlatives. You can only choose one, so he chose MOST ATHLETIC!! Landon was selected for the JR Beta Club and made the Varisty Basketball team! School is going well for both of them. They have alot of homework. To answer Meg's question she left on my blog comments wondering what was wrong with Kendal's knee, she tore her ACL during a basketball game in Feb and had surgery. She got released to play last week! Tim and I are enjoying being the blessed parents of 2 wonderful boys. Our church is doing wonderful and we have had 4 people SAVED at our church in the last couple of weeks!!
